The dorm leaders can only be decided when the first lot of results come through. Also i don't think we need another Admin and perhaps one other mod but not 3.

well let me explain, most times i'm online there is no admin on, and at least one admin needs to be on in each 1 hour interval. moderators are the only ways we can moderate the entire academy, to stop people breaking the rules and people can also come to them for help. there should be at least one [email='@']'@'[/email] at all time moderators will help this be the case. And apparently you're the Armityle leader so I say you should add a purple glow instead of light blue, and if rakh, is the Raviel dorm leader, he needs a blue glow, then we could make machinamechlord the ra leader, with a yellow glow, then to make this match, we could make domininat girl 92 an admin with a light blue glow, and the other admin have a red glow, that will solve that problems then all dorm leaders would be admins. which would be cool.
